The following is a clear definition of where we are going and how we plan to get there. While some companies call this their vision or sum it up in a mission statement we prefer the term “Painted Picture”, as it creates a vivid mental image of what Intouch Relocations will look like, feel like and act like by 30th of June 2013.

The challenge and satisfaction of our jobs is a principle driver behind our decision to come to work every morning.  Taking an individual or a family through the process of moving country is made painless by our fantastic staff attitude and we are easily recognized as being the market leader and first call for high quality relocation services.

We view nobody as competition, because we know that once a client has worked with Intouch Relocations they will not want to work with anybody else. We deliver this service in a manner that never leaves anyone questioning the value of our service, and always recommending us onward.

We respect ourselves and our families. Working for Intouch is a passion, but we understand that work should never be our main purpose for existing. Going home to your family, making time for your friends, being there for your kids are important. We never put our families second.

We are a great company and people point to us as an example of efficiency. We embrace change and technology and seek solutions to make life easier for our clients.

We all wear our happy faces to work because we understand that every single member of the staff at Intouch Relocations is a contributor.

We are already successful and are proud of it.  We add to our success everyday one step at a time. Another satisfied client, winning a major contract or opening a new location as we achieve our aim of being represented in every major city in the Middle East are all pieces of the path to success . We are successful because we are happy. We are successful because we are respected and we respect each other. Our company is growing exponentially and we are all responsible for this success.

We are perceived as a fun company to work with or work for and we live up to this perception. Everything we do comes across as high quality and yet we are conscious that we are running a business that needs to deliver value to its customers as well as its shareholders. We talk. Our clients are always kept in the loop. We are open about things in our organization and we tell the truth even if it is something no one wants to hear. Everybody is aware of where we are going and we keep no secrets about how we are going to get there. If anybody feels they would like to work on their own rather than with the team they should not be here. We let each other know what we are feeling and we cry out for help when we need it. Nobody is ever too busy to assist their teammates. The lines are open and there is no barrier between junior and senior employees. Everybody respects people’s beliefs and the different cultures we come from.

Doing our jobs very well is how we grow. We will bend over backwards to make the possible happen. Impossible tasks are something we will recognize and communicate. The customer is not always right, but they will always walk away satisfied.
